Beieren, Siegsdorf

Het huisje waar we verbleven in Beieren lag vlak bij het plaatsje Siegsdorf, en daar hebben we op een erg regenachtige dag een tijdje rond gelopen. Het is zo bijzonder om zulke anders gebouwde huizen dan hier in Nederland te zien. Dus gewoon wat foto's...



















Erg mooi ook hoe deze speelplaats voor kinderen was aangelegd, prachtige verwerking van hout, mooie ronde vormen , heel speels opgezet..



Maar ik zou het wel weer heel erg eng vinden dat het vlak naast zo'n snel stromende rivier is aangelegd.









En dan dit voetgangersbruggetje over de rivier, echt geweldig






Wat ik ook zo mooi vind zijn die geschilderde omlijstingen van ramen, dat zag je bij veel huizen. 


Zo mooi, en al dat bewerkte hout, wat een vakmanschap.

    Gerda, thank you for posting these lovely photos of your recent travels. I am sorry that you had some difficulties with your car! The flowers around the houses, the woodwork, and the paintings around the windows are very beautiful, and the children's playground is very unique and looks like it would be a place children could have much fun :) The river is so full of water and looks like it is moving swiftly. I enjoyed seeing some of the sights you saw!

      Hi Gracie, thanks for your comment. I was sorry too for the car difficulties, and there had happened other things. So a 3 weeks holiday became just one week. Well, next time better. This was a beautiful part of Germany to visit, and we visited Austria too. This part of Germany did have problems with overflowing rivers in June, and some dikes were broken. I should meet my eldest son in Dresden, but that went wrong too because of the broken dikes and no trains. groetjes, Gerda

    The houses you have shown here are beautiful.. my daughter lives in Switzerland and there are many houses the same.
    I cannot see a translation button on your sidebar.. So I am guessing you have been on a little trip.

      Yeah, I was on a little trip, though it should have been a 3 weeks holiday. But we did enjoy it. Your children live far away, an international living family. I have visited Switzerland, and the houses can look quite the same. groetjes, Gerda

    So beautiful, Gerda. Everything looks so peaceful and....green, green! It will be over 100 degrees today, here in Texas. I'm watering plants everyday just to keep them alive.

      It was very green indeed. In june there were overflowing rivers in this part of Germany, so no shortage of water. now it's hot overthere, but I think it looks almost allways green. groetjes, Gerda

      Ja mooi he, altijd leuk om weer heel andere bouwstijlen te zien, en andere landschappen. Dat vind ik ook zo leuk aan het lezen van diverse blogs, ik ben nogal visueel ingesteld en ik heb er plezier in om door de ogen van bloggers van alles te zien. Groetjes, Gerda
